HUSH YOU PUPPIES!
The name is often attributed to hunters, fishermen, or other cooks who would fry some basic cornmeal mixture (possibly that they had been bread-coating or battering their own food with) and feed it to their dogs to "hush the puppies" during cook-outs or fish-fries.
At Adam's we lightly fry ours in cholesterol free, trans fat oil, and this is why our's are the Come Back Hushpuppies of the south. We serve them with or Adam's Made Brown Sugar Butter. Try not to slap mama away from the table, getting that last one....you can always ask for more.

We can fry it, lightly breaded, Calabash Style, we can broil and we can grill it. Our signature grilled shrimp, served as a salad or with one of our hand cut, USDA Choice-Steaks will make your taste buds jump for joy.
We love us some Local Fresh Seafood and as much as possible we source local so you get seafood so fresh, you'll have to slap it!
